Hi guys. Good morning/afternoon/evening/night delete were appropriate. I had not heard of the word Shibboleth untill reading this prompt. i love new words so thank you #RDP for introducing me to this one.

Shibboleth of the IN crowd,

          Not for us poets of societies fringe,

                    We have our very own Shibboleth.

Jargon of the IN crowd,

          Not for us poets of societies peripheral,

                    We use more jargon than is fashionable.

Slang of the IN crowd,

          Not for us poets of societies outskirts,

                    We use a vocabulary all our own.  

Limited are the IN crowd,

          Not us poets of societies margins,

                    We don’t limit our words to those in vogue.
