I am here with the headphones blearing as I hike through my days.
My body tied from the days labour under purple skys.
Mind hiking to the stars as the music soars to meet the starman.
Many greats already hiked up the stairway to heaven.
The evenings end rushes me as I hike in a haze
Trying to find the change fro my pocket.
To feed the juke box a wobbly hike from the bar as I celebrate
The music I love by those who have passed

As beautiful as your poem is, it is not a haibun. Have you considered adding a haiku at the end? Or perhaps posting a haibun that references hike?
Kindly do either, so that I can keep your link in Mister Linky.

Now, this is a poetic haibun! Thank you for the surreal journey! 😉
